The Goose Roasters is the brain child of acclaimed Chef Craig Cormack who has been in the restaurant industry for the past 24 years. He brings his extensive hospitality and culinary experience with a career working in most of the Capes top 5 star properties.
Famously known as the Salt AlChemist, Craig hosts monthly salt dinners at the Bergkelder in the spectacular mountain cellar in Stellenbosch, which was built in the late 1960s. The evening begins with a drink on arrival, salty bites followed by a dinner amongst spectacular oak casks carved in the 1700s. The dinner is a delicious 3 course meal with a sorbet, paired with Fleur du Cap unfettered wines. Experience 6 salts from around the world.
