Combine ½ cup olive oil, juice (60 ml) of 1 lemon, 2 – 3 lemon slices, 1 sliced green chilli, 1 halved red chilli, 3 garlic cloves, 1 cm knob grated ginger, 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Oryx Desert Salt: Braai, and a few rosemary sprigs. Store marinade in an airtight jar. MAKES 1 JAR.
