At Oryx Desert Salt, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition:
- Unopened and unused.
- In the original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
- Include all original tags (e.g., if applicable to clothing items).
- Accompanied by the original order number or invoice.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiry@oryxdesertsalt.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return. For quality-related issues, photos may be required to help us assist you promptly.
Once your return request is approved, we will respond to you via email and give instructions on where and how you will send your package back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Damages & Mistakes
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiry@oryxdesertsalt.com. Provide your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective:
- Opened or used products (for reasons other than a defect).
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion (defective items are excluded).
5. Refunds
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method or replacement. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
